26994: Calcite and Dolomite - Was $12 Now $5 Lower vuggy zone, Corydon Stone Co. Quarry, Corydon, Harrison County, Indiana Small cabinet - 7.0 x 5.3 x 5.0 cm 218 grams Specimen status: Available Send an email with specimen number to order This specimen is a mostly
translucent, light yellow brown calcite crystal, of
which three faces are intact and three are cleaved. An
off-white fluorescence is seen when the specimen is
exposed to longwave UV. A little creamy white, opaque
dolomite is also present. Sits well for display of the
cleaved base. Nicely representative example for the
locality.
