of a löllingite matrix which has been nearly cover with
(and/or replaced by) sharp arsenopyrite crystals; these
reach about 4 mm in size. Several patches of snow white,
opaque calcite crystals are also present. The Huanggang Fe-Sn
deposit was a fairly new and prolific source of
interesting specimens in 2018, but since then, little
new material has appeared on the mineral market. The
specimen is in quite nice condition, and sits for
display without needing a stand.
