This specimen is 100% vanadinite, composed of individual crystals reaching 1.7 cm. Many crystal faces have nice luster. A few patches of microcrystalline mottramite (identified visually) are also present. Notable not for the color, but it's age (predates the more popular red, tabular vanadinites) and the crystal size. A small incomplete area on the base - probably where detached from matrix - otherwise excellent overall condition.
