A grey microcline crystal, having four complete faces and a somewhat spongy appearance (sometimes called 'bone spar' due to its resemblance to bone marrow) hosts a few small, crystalline patches of lavender-purple lepidolite, pink tourmaline, and colorless albite. Very typical association for the locality, and very affordable. Previous dealer label indicates the specimen was field collected by notable Southern California collector Garth Bricker in the 1970's to 1980's.
