This specimen is dominated by a pair of nearly lustrous, transparent fluorite cubes, with textured and very lighted frosted surfaces. (Transparency visible when backlit; fourth photo). The fluorites are light purple (photographed under white LED light) but as we know fluorite color can vary someone with the source of illumination; hence this specimen might be more purple or more blue under your light source. The cubes reach 3.7 cm along the edge, and (except for the usual edge issues) undamaged. The fluorites rest on a bed of brown sphalerite with a resinous luster, which also provides an excellent natural display stand.
