For Bisbee, this is fairly large gypsum specimen, with an opaque, sugary and glistening composition. Not distinctly terminated, but then again gypsums having a ramshorn habit (albeit in this case without much curvature) rarely are. Spotty green fluorescence observed under both longwave and shortwave UV (stronger under longwave). Sits nicely for display without needing a stand. No damage is seen. Quite nice for the species at this locality, which is probably the Southwest Mine. From the prestigious Dennis and Ida Mullane Bisbee collection. Previous dealer label with $900 price tag.
