Here we have a cluster of glassy fluorite crystals, the largest of which measures 2.8 cm in size. These fluorites have greenish cores and are bluish nearer to the surface, resulting in overall, outstanding blue-green color. (Recall that fluorite color can be quite sensitive to the light source. This specimen was photographed under white LED, but may have a somewhat different color in your mineral cabinet if another light source is used.) The green core/blue outer zone is especially obvious when viewed from the base. Two corner cleaves to edge crystals are seen but overall the condition is quite nice. Displays beautifully without needing a stand, with many possible viewing angles. A fine and quite affordable example from this famous fluorite locality.
