A matrix of blocky and black hedenbergite crystals having rough surfaces hosts several clusters of well-formed, bright and silvery arsenopyrite crystals. Individual hedenbergite crystals have roughly square cross sections, and reach 3.9 cm. The arsenopyrites have intriguing stepped growth patterns, with the largest cluster measuring 2.3 cm wide. The hedenbergites are rough but terminated. One of the larger arsenopyrite clusters is incomplete. A very typical example of this mineral association for the locality.
