Specimen status: Sold

An opaque, pearly perhamite cluster, mined by Frank Perham (for whom the species is named) and Barry Heath. Perhamite is a hydrated basic calcium aluminum phosphate with a strange chemical formula, Ca3Al7.7Si3P4O23.5(OH)14.1 ยท 8H2O. No damage. Excellent representative thumbnail specimen.
