A slightly bent (at the termination), highly transparent gypsum crystal (variety selenite) hosts a 2.1 cm cluster of opaque, dark red-brown, mostly complete cuprite crystals. The gypsum crystal, which runs the length of the specimen, has a natural bend near the termination. Interesting association from this somewhat obscure copper mine. Nice condition.
