Abundant, glassy fluor-buergerite crystals to almost 7 mm on matrix. Fluor-buergerite - NaFe3+Al6(Si6O18)(BO3)3O3F is a globally rare tourmaline species with just two confirmed localities. There have been no new specimens on the mineral market for numerous years (and likely no more will ever appear) as the sole person who knew the precise locality passed away before revealing the information to anyone else. Numerous attempts to rediscover the locality have since failed. The crystals are well exposed and the sample is in fine condition.
