A gray matrix is partially carpeted with sparkling, deep electric blue azurite microcrystals. A spray of clear gypsum crystals (variety selenite) to about 5 mm tall sitting by itself on the contrasting azurite matrix, near the center of the specimen, is in excellent condition.
