A nonfluorescent matrix hosts a 9 mm franklinite crystal (plus a few more tiny ones) as well as a patch of doubly terminated, water clear gypsum crystals (variety selenite) to about 4 mm. (The matrix is not calcite; it gives only a few sluggish effervescence with dilute HCl.) Small, brown willemite grains, which glow a bright neon green under shortwave UV, are also present. This specimen is notable for the unusual franklinite/gypsum association.
