Here we have a 'toenail' (large thumbnail or small miniature) specimen featuring a pair of azurite crystals that have been completely replaced by malachite, on a gossan matrix. The largest pseudomorph is 1.1 cm in size. The matrix is coated with foamy, fibrous malachite. No damage. A classic Bisbee pseudomorph, in miniature scale.
