A deep green, glassy and gemmy tourmaline pencil crystal is partially encrusted with sparkly and brownish zanazziite. The tourmaline terminated on one end but not on the other end. Zanazziite is a rare hydrated basic calcium magnesium beryllium phosphate, Ca2Mg5Be4(PO4)6(OH)6 · 6H2O, with Mindat localities in Austria, Brazil, and Maine only. Previous dealer label with a $220 price.
