abundant jet black. lustrous, and tabular ferberite
crystals plus equally abundant quartz points; these being
mostly translucent to transparent. The ferberite and
quartz crystals both top out at about 6 mm, and are
generally perpendicular to the matrix face. Minor
muscovite is also noted. Many of the ferberites and
quartzes are complete, but some are not. A good example
for the species (ferberite) and locality.
