Many collectors are familiar with the
red brown, prismatic aragonite crystals from Spain,
abundant on the mineral market. However, here we have an
unusual example of such an aragonite crystal, this one
doubly terminated and measuring 3.3 cm, embedded in the
natural gypsum matrix! The specimen is in excellent
condition.
