Calcite crystals to about 1.7 cm set
on a carpet of druzy quartz, this deposited on a radiating
quartz cluster matrix. The calcites show zoned growth,
each having a colorless, translucent core and a thin,
white rim. Modest red fluorescence under shortwave UV. The
specimen is in superb condition.
