A hemispherical 'ice cream scoop' of
opaque barite, with a complex growth pattern giving the
appearance of natural etching. Sphalerite and purple
fluorite - quite common for the locality - seen on the
bottom where the specimen was removed from matrix. Sits
perfectly for display on that same bottom. Excellent
condition.
