A cluster of pearly, highly translucent to transparent gypsum from the locality famous for long crystals of this species (gypsum 'swords' or 'clubs'). The largest crystal in this cluster is 5.0 cm long. Growth features, parallel to each crystal's long axis, as well as some brown iron hydroxide/iron phantom inclusions, add interest. Some rubbing as is typical for such a soft mineral (Mohs hardness = 2) but overall not too bad. Can be displayed without a stand.
