A cleaved, water-clear gypsum nodule
(variety selenite) with a few, opaque dolomite crystals.
The gemmy, glassy clarity of this specimen is amazing. The
locality is a rock dump from the hydroelectric station
canal near Niagara Falls. The specimen is in
superb condition.
