Calcite with Goethite Inclusions and

curiously irregular shape and matte, dark grey to black
color (probably goethite inclusions; actual color is
darker than my lousy photos suggest). The colorless
material is naturally corroded quartz. Mindat has 458 photos of calcite from Santa
Eulalia with a wide variety of forms and colors,
but nothing like this oddball.
