A cluster of tabular, steel grey, sublustrous hübnerite crystals perched on a plate of quartz points. The largest individual hübnerite measures about 3.8 cm. The hübnerites are all terminated and mostly all complete, but there is one clean repair where a very thin clay-filled seem came apart. The entire specimen sits perfectly for display on the quartz plate.
