A rather large (nearly one kilogram!) beryl, mostly translucent, with just enough pink color to earn the morganite variety moniker. Despite the natural corrosion, the beryl crystal shape is clearly recognizable, as three distinct faces remain. Some residual brown clay remains in some of the etched areas; this is difficult to remove but help emphasize the interesting etch patterns.
