A twinned, mostly translucent, light
amber brown gypsum crystal, cleaved on one face. Shows
modest fluorescence under both longwave UV (blacklight)
and shortwave UV. Most notable for its provenance; carries
both Warren Mathews Foote and Hugh A. Ford labels, dating the
specimen to sometime before Foote stopped selling mineral
specimens in 1916.
