A pocket in sooty-black, mixed sulfide matrix -- probably mostly galena -- hosts a group of glassy cerussite crystals. The largest cerussite is tabular about 2.3 cm in size. Many additional smaller but glittering cerussites are also seen. Patches of crudely formed pyrite crystals can also be seen. A classic case of galena oxidation products filling a galena cavity! Some of the cerussites are scratched, and the price reflects this. Sits nicely for display without needing external support.
