A terminated, light blue green microcline crystal with enough color to rightly be called amazonite. Still colored with some iron hydroxide/oxide impurities (rust) which resisted removal (even with hot oxalic acid solution) because they lie below the specimen's surface. Broken on the back where removed from matrix but otherwise is nice condition. Carries a previous dealer label with a $60 price. Illustrated on page 293 of my new book Mineral Specimen Cleaning and Development for the Amateur.
