Smoky Quartz, Microcline, and Albite

crystal pedestal hosts a doubly terminated, 2 cm lightly
smoky quartz crystal. At little snow white platy albite
(cleavelandite) adds accent. No damage. Displays quite
nicely on its round acrylic base, from which it easily
removed if desired. A relatively obscure pegmatite
locality near Joshua Tree National Park.
