festooned with hemimorphite bladed sprays, translucent at
the roots and trending to transparent at the terminations.
These blade clusters reach 1.5 cm. These are accented with
some brown to black inclusions (probably an iron
hydroxide/oxide material). Opaque but lustrous calcite (or
dolomite; not tested) rhombs to about 7 mm are also
abundant, nested among the hemimorphites. Under shortwave
UV, the hemimorphites glow a pale red and the calcites are
light green. Displays perfectly without a stand. Very fine
condition. A better than average Ojuela Mine
hemimorphite. Ex Rock Currier
