The matrix display face is abundantly festooned with hemimorphite bladed sprays, translucent at the roots and trending to transparent at the terminations. These blade clusters reach 1.5 cm. These are accented with some brown to black inclusions (probably an iron hydroxide/oxide material). Opaque but lustrous calcite (or dolomite; not tested) rhombs to about 7 mm are also abundant, nested among the hemimorphites. Under shortwave UV, the hemimorphites glow a pale red and the calcites are light green. Displays perfectly without a stand. Very fine condition. A better than average Ojuela Mine hemimorphite. Ex Rock Currier and Robert Bartsch; these labels accompany the specimen.
