Of main interest here is the bright, 3.7 cm galena crystal, which has fascinating and unusual polycrystalline structure. Also present are dark brown sphalerite crystals to 1.4 cm, the smallest of these good translucency. Impossible to assign a precise locality, as the district had thousands of mines and the specimens were rarely distinctive for a single mine.
