A large but incomplete ferberite crystal (missing terminations) hosts a 1.9 cm cluster of translucent to opaque scheelite crystals. Around the base of the scheelite cluster is a partial hallow of yellow, microcrystalline tungstite. (Tungstite is rare at the Yaogangxian Mine.) The scheelite and tungstite both glow a bright blue-white under shortwave UV. One very small chip is seen on one scheelite under the hand lens, otherwise no damage to this interesting association specimen.
