A cluster of sharp, highly transparent
(selenite) gypsum crystals on matrix, with the dominant
crystal measuring 9 cm. Massive pyrite in the matrix. Fine
for the species/locality. A few small, scattered nicks
otherwise fine condition. Sits perfectly for display
without additional support. Carries an old (La Jolla
address) The Arkenstone label. I purchased
this specimen in May, 2000.
