Abundant gypsum crystals, mostly nicely transparent (selenite) to 1.4 cm in matrix. Good fluorescence under both longwave (blacklight) and shortwave UV. Carries a U. S. National Museum Division of Mineralogy label (specimen number 94011). Previous dealer label indicates the specimen is from the Robert C. Linck collection. Superb condition. Despite its global abundance, gypsum specimens from this famous borate deposit are rare; Of the 972 Boron specimen photos hosted at Mindat just one is of gypsum.
