Several sprays of black tourmaline
(likely schorl) are capped with a generous mound of
granular to botryoidal opal-AN. The tourmaline crystal
ends which are not coated with opal are not terminated.
The opal glows a brilliant neon green under shortwave UV.
This aesthetic specimen is in fine condition.
