A sharply-formed, 3 mm kësterite crystal is included within a light blue, translucent and naturally corroded aquamarine crystal. Kësterite is an uncommon copper zinc tin sulfide - Cu2ZnSnS4. Despite the etching, the beryl retains three crystal faces and its crystal morphology is easily discerned. Some years ago kësterite from this locality was uncommon but not rare; now it is a difficult species to find. That this kësterite is included within the beryl is unique in my experience.
