matrix. Individual blades reach about 1.1 cm, and most are
not terminated. In some places a quartz druse covers the
hübnerite. Hübnerite is rather rare in California; Mindat lists just
eight state-wide localities for the species, with
the Advance Mine
being perhaps the most famous of these.
