The cleaved edge of a fluorite crystal, with four faces still present. Light purple in color, and transparent. Eerie blue-white fluorescence under shortwave UV light. Recall that the perceived color of fluorite can be rather sensitive to the light source; the photos were taken under white LED light, but the color you see will depend upon the light source in your mineral cabinet.
