A glassy, doubly terminated tourmaline crystal perched on a tabular, lightly smoky quartz crystal having tourmaline inclusions. The major tourmaline appears black until viewed in transmitted light, which reveals it to be highly transparent and yellow-green. The abundant tourmaline inclusions in the quartz are green. The specimen is complete all around (except for one smaller tourmaline crystal was broken with the specimen was extracted) and in superb condition. Previous dealer label with a $135 price tag.
